About the role

  • Sales Executive at Container xChange managing B2B container sales into the US market. Engaging in high-volume transactions and transforming container trading globally.

Responsibilities

  • Engage in high-volume B2B container sales into the US market and help scale our growth rapidly.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, build and own a portfolio of buyers, and play a key role in transforming container trading globally.
  • Grow your buyer portfolio while closing +300 deals per month.
  • Work with a qualified lead pool of roughly 15,000 potential buyers and convert both outbound and inbound demand into closed business.
  • Conduct high outbound activity to find and convert demand, supported by a strong inbound engine.
  • Match customer needs with available inventory and negotiate pricing and margins effectively.
  • Use AI powered sales tool stack to maximize buyer experience and sales to track leads, monitor sales performance, and gain insights to continuously improve conversion rates.

Requirements

  • Have hands-on B2B sales experience with strong outbound and cold-calling skills - ideally within a fast-paced transactional sales environment.
  • Thrive in transactional sales and can manage 300+ fast-cycle deals per month.
  • Own the full sales cycle end to end — from outbound prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing.
  • Are self-sufficient in pipeline generation, proactive in outbound activity, and confident converting warm leads from our strong inbound engine.
  • Are comfortable selling to the US B2B market and navigating a fragmented landscape of many smaller customers with frequent repeat purchases.
  • Communicate clearly, negotiate confidently, and manage a large pipeline with discipline.
  • Think entrepreneurial, act proactively, and stay organized and motivated while handling many fast-moving opportunities.
