About the role
- Business Analyst focused on ServiceNow projects in HR for digital transformation. Involved in project implementation from consulting to execution in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
- You accompany and shape ServiceNow projects from consulting and concept through implementation to live operation
- You analyze and design functional HR requirements
- You work in an agile way and create features, epics, and user stories at a quality level that combines your domain expertise with your technical ServiceNow knowledge, giving developers a detailed and clear picture
- You perform business analyses to derive optimization measures for digital workflows
- Minor configurations of ServiceNow modules can also be part of your tasks
- You support onboarding and mentoring of our junior consultants
- You take ownership in shaping and continuously developing our ServiceNow service portfolio
Requirements
- You bring subject-matter expertise in HR
- Ideally you have experience with ServiceNow or are motivated to acquire ServiceNow skills
- You have professional experience in software development, technology consulting, and/or system integration
- You possess analytical and conceptual skills and enjoy being the interface between IT and the business
- You understand the importance of this “translation” role and have experience with the level of detail required for requirements analysis and design
- You have strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities, as well as knowledge of process optimization and modeling
- You also have strong conflict-resolution skills, excellent communication, and confident presentation abilities
- You hold a university degree
- You speak business-fluent German and have good English skills
- Willingness to travel for consulting projects within the DACH region is not an issue for you
