Responsibilities
- As a ServiceNow specialist, you create architecture concepts for product and project solutions
- You accompany and shape ServiceNow projects from consulting and design through implementation to live operation
- You analyze and design business requirements in the ITSM, HR, and/or Customer Service (CS) areas and implement them
- You conduct business analyses to derive optimization measures for digital workflows
- Configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules is part of your responsibilities
- You support onboarding and mentoring of our junior consultants
- Managing (sub-)projects, stakeholder management, and reporting are part of your responsibilities
- You take responsibility for shaping and continuously developing our ServiceNow service portfolio independently and proactively
Requirements
- You have professional experience in IT architecture, software development, technology consulting, and/or system integration
- You are familiar with common connectors/APIs for integrations, have experience with JavaScript, and possess knowledge of web technologies and databases
- In addition to technical skills, you also have domain experience, ideally in IT Service Management, HR, and/or Customer Service
- You have analytical and conceptual skills and enjoy acting as the interface between IT and the business
- Ideally you have experience with ServiceNow or are motivated to acquire ServiceNow skills
- You hold a completed university degree
- You speak fluent German and English
- Travel for consulting projects within the DACH region is not an issue for you
