Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the ServiceNow platform, ensuring optimal performance and availability.
Configure and customize ServiceNow modules to meet business requirements.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure reliability and efficiency.
Provide user support and training on ServiceNow functionalities and best practices.
Conduct regular audits of ServiceNow configurations and user access to ensure compliance with organizational policies.
Collaborate with development teams to implement new features and enhancements.
Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow releases and industry trends.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in ServiceNow administration or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules and best practices.
Experience with user administration, security, and access controls in ServiceNow.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification.
Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.
Experience with reporting and dashboard creation in ServiceNow.
