About the role

  • Attend to and resolve critical incidents related to VoIP telephony equipment and services.
  • Perform advanced troubleshooting on VoIP networks and systems.
  • Monitor and optimize network infrastructure and equipment.
  • Develop and implement automation scripts to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to implement improvements and updates.
  • Document procedures and solutions, and produce performance reports.

Requirements

  • Advanced knowledge of VoIP telephony, IP networks, and Linux.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for networks, firewalls, and routers.
  • Experience with AI tools and automations (N8N).
  • Ability to analyze logs and monitor network traffic (Wireshark, Zabbix).
  • Knowledge of virtualization and containers (Docker).
  • Certifications in DevOps, Networking, or VoIP are a plus.
  • Experience with unified communications platforms.
  • Familiarity with network automation and scripting (Python, Bash).
  • Experience working in high-availability environments with advanced security requirements.
