About the role

  • Senior Talent Acquisition Partner responsible for recruitment strategies at Ratepay. Building and scaling talent acquisition function in a leading fintech based in Berlin.

Responsibilities

  • Build and own Ratepay’s end-to-end talent acquisition strategy
  • Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers
  • Develop and maintain a coherent external TA offering
  • Own and drive data-informed recruiting practices
  • Drive sourcing strategy
  • Ensure consistency and quality across all candidate touchpoints
  • Contribute to onboarding and probation follow-ups
  • Continuously iterate on tools, processes, and systems for scalable hiring

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition
  • Proven track record leading hiring projects in tech, fintech, or e-commerce companies
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Expertise in sourcing strategies, candidate engagement, and employer branding
  • Data-driven mindset
  • Fluency in MS Office (e.g. Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Hands-on experience with ATS, ideally Personio
  • Fluency in English is required; German is a plus.
