Build and own Ratepay’s end-to-end talent acquisition strategy

Requirements
8+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition
Proven track record leading hiring projects in tech, fintech, or e-commerce companies
Strong stakeholder management skills
Expertise in sourcing strategies, candidate engagement, and employer branding
Data-driven mindset
Fluency in MS Office (e.g. Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint)
