About the role
- Strategic contributor managing compensation, equity, and retirement programs across EMEA for a global dental leader. Partnering with diverse teams to ensure competitive and compliant programs.
Responsibilities
- Design, execution, and governance of compensation, equity, and retirement programs
- Partner with HR and regional leaders to communicate competitive compensation programs
- Support global compensation strategy through market benchmarking and annual compensation planning
- Serve as a trusted compensation advisor to HR business partners and leaders
- Lead the strategy, design, and evolution of global equity programs
- Own administration of equity compensation programs
- Partner with legal and finance teams to support equity plan design
- Lead governance and administration of retirement programs
Requirements
- B.S./B.A. degree
- 10+ years experience in total rewards, equity compensation, retirement programs, or related roles
- Fluent in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong client focus and customer centric approach
- Experience within a fast-paced global enterprise
- Experience working across different geographic regions
- Prior or current experience within a Workday environment preferred
