Responsibilities
Develop client relationships and grow accounts in the Lithuanian market;
Contribute to selected international business-development efforts;
Identify and convert strategic opportunities into a strong pipeline of public-sector consulting work;
Lead the development of well-positioned, technically strong and commercially competitive proposals and tenders;
Oversee project delivery at a senior level, ensuring analytical rigour, strong execution and meaningful outcomes for clients;
Build and lead a collaborative, high-performing team by coaching colleagues, developing capabilities and promoting a strong performance culture.
Requirements
7+ years of experience in consulting, advisory, policy or economic-analysis roles;
A master’s degree is preferred in public policy, economics, public finance, infrastructure or a related discipline;
Proven track record of leading complex client engagements from proposal through to delivery;
Recognised expertise in at least one core area: public policy, policy evaluation, economic analysis, public finance or infrastructure advisory;
Strong leadership and team-development skills, including coaching junior colleagues and leading multidisciplinary teams;
Excellent stakeholder-management and communication skills, with the credibility to engage senior public-sector decision-makers;
Professional fluency in written and spoken Lithuanian and English.
