Responsibilities

  • Lead client engagements and expand market presence.
  • Develop and mentor talent within the practice area.
  • Deliver excellence in client service while driving revenue growth and operational effectiveness.
  • Build and maintain strong referral networks and strategic partnerships.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience and demonstrated track record of leadership within a professional services firm.
  • Strong technical expertise in the relevant discipline (Assurance).
  • Proven success driving revenue growth, client expansion, and practice development.
  • Reputation for exceptional client service, strategic thinking, and collaborative leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor, inspire, and build high performing teams.
  • High ethical standards.
  • Deep Technology industry experience (blockchain experience preferred) (Preferred).
  • Experience operating in high growth, multilocation, or national firm environments (Preferred).
  • Prior partner or executive leadership experience (Preferred).
