Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent for both technical and non-technical roles.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide guidance on the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate selection, and offer negotiation. And drive the process rather than support it.
Analyze and report on recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and identify areas for improvement.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and job information in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Present key hiring metrics, pipeline reporting, and market insights.
Attend job fairs, networking events, and other recruitment-related events to promote bosta as an employer of choice.
Requirements
3-5 years of experience in full lifecycle recruiting, such as researching, sourcing, talent mapping and designing processes, for Business positions.
Experience in hiring managerial level and above positions is a must.
Understanding of Egypt employment laws, organizational structures, and salary trends.
Proactivity. You identify gaps and develop innovative hiring solutions that can help our organization and our management team scale a highly engaged and inclusive team.
You leverage data to drive strategic hiring decisions and influence key stakeholders.
People skills. You’re able to approach talent acquisition with innovative mindset, while building and managing internal and external partnerships.
The ability to multitask, juggle a bunch of stuff at once but also, somehow manage to be super organized at the same time is key here.
Experience in using an ATS. (Lever is a plus)
Excellent command of English in both writing and speaking.
