About the role

  • Strategically Source and Engage: Design, execute, and continuously evolve a proactive sourcing strategy utilizing a wide variety of channels. Challenge the status quo to engage, and attract, hard-to-find passive candidates and build diverse pipelines for technical roles across all levels.
  • Drive Data-Informed Hiring: Establish and maintain a data-driven approach to recruitment. Use our ATS (Lever) and other tools to track key metrics (e.g., source-of-hire, time-to-hire, offer acceptance rate), generate reports, and translate this data into actionable insights for process and strategy improvements.
  • Own Process Efficiency Projects: Identify, scope, and lead cross-functional projects aimed at optimizing the efficiency and effectiveness of technical hiring.
  • Be a Trusted Talent Advisor: Develop and maintain a strong, trusted advisor relationship with Tech leadership and hiring managers, providing expert consultation on best practices, market dynamics, and organizational hiring strategy.
  • Execute Full-Cycle Recruitment: Own the entire recruitment process end-to-end, ensuring a fair, effective, and outstanding candidate experience is maintained throughout.
  • Conduct Expert Assessment: Perform in-depth screening calls and conduct advanced competency and job-leveling interviews to ensure a consistently high quality of hire.
  • Ensure Data Integrity: Maintain and audit our ATS (Lever) with rigorous attention to detail, guaranteeing the accuracy and completeness of all data for reliable reporting and analysis.

Requirements

  • A proven track record of successfully hiring top-tier technical talent in competitive markets (6+ years of experience).
  • Advanced Sourcing Expertise: Demonstrated ability to build and execute comprehensive, innovative sourcing strategies to engage highly passive candidates and build diverse talent pipelines.
  • Strong Analytical and Data-Driven Mindset: Extensive experience utilising recruitment metrics and data (e.g., funnel conversion) to diagnose issues, drive decision-making, and measure the ROI of sourcing and process initiatives.
  • Full-cycle technical recruiting experience with a breadth of hiring across multiple technology domains and engineering levels.
  • Experience Owning and Driving Process Improvements: A track record of independently scoping and managing projects to improve recruitment efficiency, quality, or scalability.
  • Exceptional ability to partner with and influence senior leadership on strategic hiring initiatives and resource planning.
  • Expertise in problem-solving and navigating complexity across all stages of the technical hiring lifecycle.
