  • Recruitment Analyst managing processes for attracting, selecting, and integrating professionals at Cia Tradicional de Comércio. Focused on enhancing human development in a hospitality-focused environment.

Responsibilities

  • Attract, select and onboard professionals, following guidelines established by the Human Development area.
  • Manage the company's attraction and selection processes.
  • Responsible for continuously identifying new recruitment sources.
  • Conduct profile assessments with hiring managers/requesters.
  • Screen CVs and invite candidates to interviews.
  • Lead selection processes at all levels, from job opening to closure.
  • Analyze candidate data and prepare selection evaluations.
  • Deliver onboarding and code-of-conduct training.
  • Monitor the onboarding process during the first 30 days.
  • Support competency mapping processes aimed at improving talent procedures.
