About the role

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial research, sourcing and top-of-funnel candidate generation to signed offers
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify team needs, define role scopes, and develop candidate profiles
  • Serve as a hiring advisor, guiding both hiring teams and candidates throughout the process while providing strategic insights
  • Create a recruitment playbook and track hiring metrics to standardize processes and scale recruitment efforts
  • Establish and maintain recruitment and interview best practices and deliver training to hiring teams
  • Build and promote Sensi.AI’s employer brand
  • Support talent management processes including onboarding to ensure a seamless candidate-to-employee transition
  • Oversee onboarding and other critical talent initiatives and strengthen employer brand

Requirements

  • At least 4+ years of experience as a full-cycle Tech Recruiter, both in a big and mid-sized technology startup
  • Hunter: A creative and driven talent sourcer with a proven track record of engaging and hiring passive candidates in the technological realm
  • Talent Partner: A hiring expert who independently manages recruitment processes, provides strategic guidance to managers, and coaches teams on best hiring practices
  • Multitasking Pro: Ability to manage multiple roles in parallel while maintaining speed, quality, and strategic focus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Process-Oriented: Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a knack for optimizing recruitment processes and leveraging data and ATS tools effectively
  • Talent Experience Owner: Experience or ability to manage additional people processes, such as onboarding, to ensure a seamless candidate-to-employee transition and support overall talent management
