Requirements
Several years of experience as an in-house (Senior) Recruiter in fast-scaling SaaS startups and international tech companies
Proven track record in building and improving hiring processes
Skilled in developing and scaling recruiting and employer branding strategies for tech and business roles
Confident in stakeholder management and negotiations at all levels
Data-informed mindset, using KPIs to continuously improve performance and processes
Fluent in English (C1+)
Based in or willing to relocate to Berlin or Hamburg (or able to work remotely from Germany)
Legal right to work in Germany (citizenship, permanent residence, or valid work visa)
