- Establish and steer cross-functional project teams; applying agile and hybrid methodologies, facilitating coordination and delivery among commercial, technical, product, and operational workstreams globally.
Requirements
- Proven experience (8+ years) in global digital service strategy content development, program management, or business transformation, ideally within the energy, technology, or industrial sectors.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience working in a global, matrixed organization.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
