Develop, maintain, and communicate a multi-year delivery roadmap, integrating technology evolution, business objectives, commercial targets, and customer value.
Lead the comprehensive planning, structuring, and execution of strategic cross-business and cross-regional HMAX Energy initiatives, ensuring milestones and outcomes are met.
Define and implement program governance frameworks, prepare content and facilitate Steering Committee and Advisory Board meetings, track KPIs, manage risk registers, and report on progress and issues.
Drive change adoption and organizational readiness by proactively engaging with stakeholders at all levels and promoting a digital-first culture.
Establish and steer cross-functional project teams; applying agile and hybrid methodologies, facilitating coordination and delivery among commercial, technical, product, and operational workstreams globally.
Requirements
Proven experience (8+ years) in global digital service strategy content development, program management, or business transformation, ideally within the energy, technology, or industrial sectors.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Experience working in a global, matrixed organization.
PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
