About the role

  • Program Manager overseeing various Medicaid and Medicare initiatives at Centene. Responsible for planning, implementation and execution through cross-functional collaboration and resource management.

Responsibilities

  • plan, support implementation and oversight of various Medicaid, Medicare, LTSS initiatives
  • utilize cross functional teams to deliver defined requirements, meet business needs, and strategic objectives
  • gather requirements, create plans and schedules, manage resources, and facilitate project execution and deployment
  • maintain detailed business process documentation including meeting minutes, action items, issues lists and risk management plans
  • create and monitor all department deliverables to ensure adherence to quality standards including clinical reporting documents

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent experience required
  • 3+ years of quality improvement, program management or project management experience required
  • Health care experience preferred
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future
