Responsibilities

  • Act as a key influencer and trusted advisor, cultivating strong, personal relationships with decision-makers and other key stakeholders.

  • Engage at all levels with both decision-makers and those who influence the decision-making process.
  • Keep clients informed about the latest industry trends, helping them stay ahead of the curve.
  • Strengthen your understanding of financials and underwriting to guide clients in managing their costs.
  • Drive growth, earnings and retention across your client portfolio, meeting targets for both new business and renewals.
  • Oversee client service requests, ensuring seamless execution and swift resolution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in health benefits or client management.
  • Strong communication, sales negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to manage and grow client relationships.
  • Experience in sales, marketing, underwriting, or operations is preferred.
  • Financial acumen with the ability to identify and drive growth opportunities within the book of business.
  • Demonstrated success in managing large, complex client accounts.
