About the role
- Billing Specialist managing international service center billing activities at APL Logistics. Driving process improvement and auditing invoices to ensure profitability of shipments.

- Monitoring and managing the billing activities carried out in the international service center and addressing escalations
- Driving the process improvement of the billing and costing done by the international service center
- Random auditing of invoices

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Level in Management or Logistics discipline preferable.
- At least 3 years of experience in Logistics industry in a similar capacity
- Fluency in German and English is a must
- Strong client-facing and internal communication skills, both written and verbal communication
- Organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- SAP knowledge would be plus
- Analytical skills and performance improvement methodology
