About the role

  • Coordinator overseeing KCRHA’s facilities operations and technology infrastructure. Supporting IT systems reliability and operational efficiency within a public administrative agency.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee KCRHA’s facilities operations and technology infrastructure
  • Support the Manager in ensuring the reliability of IT systems, security, and efficiency
  • Assist in all IT related tasks as instructed by the Manager of IT
  • Maintain all KCRHA system operations and information technology
  • Ensure that high quality services and communication are delivered
  • Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of IT hardware
  • Oversee tracking of office equipment setup and maintenance
  • Lead the process for the agency’s facilities workorders
  • Support operations with purchasing supplies and equipment
  • Assist in the management of Operations contracts for equipment, licenses, and software
  • Explore tech equipment and software to ensure functionality and efficiency
  • Maintain detailed records of IT assets, configurations, and support tickets
  • Conduct troubleshooting and provide guidance to end users

Requirements

  • 3+ years of related work experience in a similar role
  • Fluency in equity and racial justice concepts and language
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, flexible and adaptable
  • Strong organization, written and oral communications
  • Proficiency in supporting Windows, macOS, and iOS software and devices
  • Possesses working knowledge of Azure and Microsoft Admin Portals (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, Defender/Security, and Intune)
  • Experience with government and community stakeholders in King County
  • Valid Washington State Driver's License
  • Ability to travel up to 10%, in state and out-of-state
  • Superior oral and written communication skills
  • Project management experience a plus
  • A track record of success in day-to-day operations and stakeholder engagement
  • High level of customer service orientation and attention to detail
  • Ability to provide and accept feedback
  • Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds at times
