About the role

  • Manager, Operations Integration supporting the Operations Team through project management and KPI tracking at Shake Shack. Responsible for presentation development and effective operational integration.

Responsibilities

  • Supports the Operations Team through project management, KPI tracking, and assessment of potential risks.
  • Responsible for presentation development for various audiences as directed from Operations Leadership.
  • Leads the Operations Team project status meetings and reporting cadence.
  • Documents Operations Team Project Establishment Briefs as required for Transformation Office approval.
  • Manages the Quarterly Operations Integration and Operations call schedule.
  • Develops executive level presentations and project updates to keep all stakeholders informed.
  • Supports the Sr. Director, Integration with management of the Operating Committee.
  • Communicates and executes integration plans ensuring efficient merging of operational functions, processes, and systems.
  • Identifies opportunities for operational efficiencies and improvements during integration.
  • Executes change management strategies to minimize disruptions.
  • Communicates with department leaders and project managers for smooth integration.
  • Manages a cross-functional calendar of upcoming initiatives for Operators.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Project Management Certificate preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience
  • 2-4 years Supervisory Experience
  • Basic keyboarding or other repetitive motions
  • Lifting/pushing objects weighing over 10 lbs.
