Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities for Data & AI Nearshore services
Lead proactive outreach across target geographies (DACH, Netherlands, and other European regions)
Expand existing accounts through cross-selling of consulting, analytics, and technology enablement services
Engage client stakeholders (C-level, Heads of Data, IT, or Business) to identify business challenges and position the right mix of services and technology solutions
Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to design and present tailored proposals
Promote and co-sell with Keyrus technology partners (e.g., Qlik, Alteryx, Veezoo, Snowflake, Azure, Databricks)
Act as a Keyrus ambassador in the European Data & AI ecosystem
Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline tracking in CRM tools
Achieve and exceed quarterly revenue and margin targets
Requirements
5+ years of experience in B2B technology sales, ideally in Data, AI, or IT Nearshore/Consulting
Proven track record in selling staff augmentation, consulting projects, or technology solutions to international clients
Strong network in the DACH region and/or Netherlands – existing client relationships or active commercial connections are a major advantage
Experience with positioning software or technology partners (e.g., Qlik, Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau, or similar) is a strong plus
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a consultative, value-driven approach
Business-savvy mindset with the ability to understand both technical and strategic aspects of a client’s needs
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Organised and accountable – capable of managing multiple sales cycles and geographies simultaneously
English – Fluent (mandatory)
French, Dutch, or German – highly valued
