Senior Sales Manager for CIO Advisory in an international consulting firm. Driving sales growth in a cross-industry business unit with a focus on cybersecurity.
Responsibilities
Responsible for sales in the Business Unit "Strategy, Integration & Protection"
Strengthening and expanding the market position in CIO Advisory
Building long-term, partnership-based client relationships in national and international contexts
Participation in tender and proposal processes
Developing innovative sales enablement strategies for consulting services
Representing the business unit at workshops and industry conferences
Monitoring trends in relevant sectors and actively promoting a growth culture
Close collaboration with other Business Units to further develop the consulting portfolio
Requirements
Minimum 10 years' experience in sales or business development within a consulting environment
Focus on digital transformation
Familiarity with CIO advisory
Cross-industry knowledge in cyber security, implementation management, and customer experience
Proven track record of revenue growth (>€10M per year)
Strong network of senior decision-makers (CIOs, CTOs, CISOs)
Enthusiasm for further building and expanding the network
Negotiation-level fluency in German and English
Willingness to travel across Germany for client support and networking
