Responsibilities
You are driven by sales success: You are responsible for the entire sales process — from lead generation, pipeline development and effective positioning to managing proposal teams, contract negotiations and deal closings.
You are responsible for successfully selling Woodmark’s full service portfolio to selected existing and new customers.
Building networks is your passion: You develop networks within customer organizations and manage relationships at the decision-maker level.
You are recognized as a trusted advisor at top-management level, have the appropriate access to relevant information, and position Woodmark as a strategic partner in Data and AI.
Collaboration is key to success: You maintain close communication with your clients to ensure professional expectation management and satisfaction, with our partners to jointly deliver customer value, with project teams to ensure project success, and with the Woodmark team to strengthen knowledge sharing and mutual support.
Requirements
Sales experience and network: You have more than 6 years’ experience as a Sales Manager, Head of Sales, Account Manager or in a comparable role and are a recognized contact person for selling IT consulting services, with an existing network of contacts to decision-makers.
Expertise is a given: You can sell technical solutions involving BI software, data analytics, AI and cloud technologies. You have the ability to build and expand trusted relationships at all levels.
Customer-oriented mindset: You can consistently put yourself in the customer’s position and understand their needs; you present yourself professionally and persuasively. You are assertive and strong at closing deals.
Very good German and English skills complete your profile.
