Lead Bangkok Instrument product and service (Flow temp pressure level and Analyzer) for MRO team in various industries. Supervise the team for strategic sales targets and management efficiency.
Responsibilities
Run bookings (direct & destination) and be fully accountable for Non-Rayong area booking numbers regardless of channel
Analyze prospective key accounts in Non-Rayong area to resolve potential versus current business volume and resources required to realize identified potential. Work with channel management to develop and implement account programs to achieve identified potential and establish long term business relationships with those accounts.
Identify, qualify and lead the pursuit of domestic and international projects in the Non-Rayong area by forming sales teams comprised of channel and Emerson personnel as required to develop and drive winning strategies and tactics. To Identify new market opportunities and increase quote per month in Non-Rayong area and implement associated market development plans
Increase sales channel effectiveness by working with channel and division leadership to identify and address all aspects of sales channel deficiencies by developing and proposing solutions for both immediate and continuous improvement.
Improve profitability or better the average unit price of products and services.
Assist channel with planning and execution of country marketing programs including - advertising, seminars, road shows, training programs, industry specific seminars, new product launches, etc.
Requirements
Minimum 8-10 years as engineering role in Process Instrumentation experience or relate
Strong technical knowledge of Process Instrument control or relate
Strong customer relationship with key account O&G Petrochemical is preference
