About the role

  • Manager of Sales Success focused on strategy and operational development within Sales organization. Aiming at enhancing customer satisfaction and optimizing support in Go-to-Market activities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a clear Sales Success strategy to strengthen customer focus, efficiency, and sales enablement.
  • Work closely with Sales, Product Management, Operations, and other departments to align on shared objectives.
  • Ensure data-driven sales management and continuous process improvement.
  • Build, develop, and optimize processes and structures within Sales.
  • Ensure consistent and efficient workflows to support the sales and customer journey.
  • Monitor key Sales Success KPIs.
  • Present relevant developments and results to executive management and other leadership bodies.

Requirements

  • University degree in business or a related field.
  • Several years of leadership experience in sales-related or operations-oriented roles.
  • Proven track record of supporting sales teams and improving operational efficiency.
  • Deep understanding of sales processes, customer service, CRM systems, and process optimization.
  • Experience in project and stakeholder management.
