Responsibilities
Play a key role in driving growth for Pearson Test of English (PTE Academic) by building strong partnerships across the international education ecosystem.
Expand awareness, adoption, and test bookings through collaboration with universities, high schools, language schools, and education and migration partners.
Execute a clear country growth plan, strengthen stakeholder partnerships, and measure progress against key sales and growth metrics.
Own and deliver a country‑level tactical plan aligned to regional strategy, driving test bookings and achievement of sales targets and KPIs.
Develop, manage, and grow partnerships with education and migration agents, universities, high schools, and language and test‑prep providers.
Proactively position PTE Academic through presentations, events, and industry engagement, increasing brand awareness and product understanding.
Share local market intelligence—insights, trends, and ideas to help inform business, capacity, and product strategies.
Requirements
5+ years’ experience in international education, student recruitment, TEFL, or a related field, with proven success working with education or migration stakeholders.
Think strategically and execute with confidence, translating plans into measurable business growth.
Build credibility quickly, influence through strong relationships, and communicate effectively with a wide range of audiences.
