Responsibilities
Handle high-potential merchants and key accounts to achieve personal sales targets 35–40% higher than a regular Sales Lead.
Focus on big names and Red accounts with higher volume or strategic potential.
Support the Sales Team Leader in analyzing team performance, pipeline quality, and CRM hygiene.
Share sales insights, best practices, and success stories with other Sales Leads to improve overall team efficiency.
Act as coverage for the Sales Team Leader during annual leave or short-term absence.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, onboarding, and operations to ensure quick and smooth merchant activation.
Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and update CRM with all relevant data.
Contribute to sales process improvements and feedback loops with the Senior Sales Manager.
Requirements
Experience: 3-5 years in B2B sales within e-commerce logistics.
Proven record of meeting or exceeding individual sales targets.
Skilled in negotiation, presentation, and client relationship management.
Strong analytical and organizational mindset, able to interpret sales dashboards.
Collaborative, supportive of peers, and capable of knowledge-sharing.
