Responsibilities

Executive Presentations: Confidently present technical solutions and business value.
Handle Technical Inquiries: Manage and respond to technical questions, RFIs, and RFPs.
Develop Requirements and SOWs: Determine final project requirements and write the Statement of Work.
Post-Sales Feedback Loop: Engage with customers post-sale to ensure solutions are meeting expectations.
Focus on Outcomes: Go beyond technical features to understand and define the customer's desired business outcomes.
Be a Creative Problem-Solver: Turning customer requirements into elegant, supportable solutions.
Requirements
4+ years of experience in a client-facing role such as a Solution/Sales Engineer.
A proven track record of success in a pre-sales environment.
Exemplary presentation and communication skills.
Strong technical aptitude and a deep understanding of web technologies, APIs, and enterprise software architecture.
Familiarity with the broader enterprise software ecosystem (e.g., eCommerce, CRM, ERP, APIs) and cloud applications.
A strong, demonstrable understanding of and passion for applied AI technologies and their practical business applications.
