About the role

  • Senior Sales Engineer at AI-driven company leading sales strategies and technical demonstrations. Collaborating with teams to design innovative AI solutions for clients in a hybrid role.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Sales: Collaborate closely with the sales team on deal strategy to achieve wins.
  • Lead Discovery: Uncover and analyze customer goals and challenges.
  • Solution Design & Demonstration: Lead the design and strategy for AI-powered solutions.
  • Technical Expertise: Serve as the expert on our technology and AI solutions.
  • Stay Ahead of the Curve: Continuously monitor and maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape.
  • Executive Presentations: Confidently present technical solutions and business value.
  • Handle Technical Inquiries: Manage and respond to technical questions, RFIs, and RFPs.
  • Develop Requirements and SOWs: Determine final project requirements and write the Statement of Work.
  • Post-Sales Feedback Loop: Engage with customers post-sale to ensure solutions are meeting expectations.
  • Focus on Outcomes: Go beyond technical features to understand and define the customer's desired business outcomes.
  • Be a Creative Problem-Solver: Turning customer requirements into elegant, supportable solutions.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in a client-facing role such as a Solution/Sales Engineer.
  • A proven track record of success in a pre-sales environment.
  • Exemplary presentation and communication skills.
  • Strong technical aptitude and a deep understanding of web technologies, APIs, and enterprise software architecture.
  • Familiarity with the broader enterprise software ecosystem (e.g., eCommerce, CRM, ERP, APIs) and cloud applications.
  • A strong, demonstrable understanding of and passion for applied AI technologies and their practical business applications.
  • A curious, creative, and adaptable mindset.
