About the role

  • Responsible for lead generation and sales strategy development at a digital compliance solutions company. Collaborating with various teams to enhance business performance.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic lead generation: You will proactively target decision-makers and executives via phone, email, and social selling, driving the quality of our pipeline.
  • Discovery & qualification: You conduct initial conversations independently, identify opportunities, and lay the foundation for our sales successes.
  • Data-driven management: You analyze your activities in the CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot), identify patterns in lead quality, and derive actionable recommendations.
  • Customer feedback & product alignment: You feed systematic customer feedback into product development and positioning — helping to sharpen our pitch.
  • GTM & collaboration: You work closely with Marketing and the Sales team to shape data-driven go-to-market strategies.
  • Mentoring & leadership: You act as a role model within the SDR team and can develop into a team lead as your responsibilities grow.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales or business development
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and outreach tools — or the ability to learn them very quickly
  • You work independently, reliably, and with an entrepreneurial mindset — thinking beyond your own funnel
  • You know how to build trust and win people over with charm and clarity
  • You enjoy working with KPIs, making results measurable, and seeing your impact on the pipeline
  • You’re eager to develop personally and professionally — for example, toward team leadership
