Responsibilities
Strategic lead generation: You will proactively target decision-makers and executives via phone, email, and social selling, driving the quality of our pipeline.
Discovery & qualification: You conduct initial conversations independently, identify opportunities, and lay the foundation for our sales successes.
Data-driven management: You analyze your activities in the CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot), identify patterns in lead quality, and derive actionable recommendations.
Customer feedback & product alignment: You feed systematic customer feedback into product development and positioning — helping to sharpen our pitch.
GTM & collaboration: You work closely with Marketing and the Sales team to shape data-driven go-to-market strategies.
Mentoring & leadership: You act as a role model within the SDR team and can develop into a team lead as your responsibilities grow.
Requirements
2–3 years of experience in B2B sales or business development
Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and outreach tools — or the ability to learn them very quickly
You work independently, reliably, and with an entrepreneurial mindset — thinking beyond your own funnel
You know how to build trust and win people over with charm and clarity
You enjoy working with KPIs, making results measurable, and seeing your impact on the pipeline
