About the role

  • Strategic Consulting and Sales: Diagnose client needs and propose customized solutions that create value.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor trends, identify opportunities, and propose strategies to capture them.
  • Presentation and Negotiation: Prepare high-impact commercial proposals and lead negotiations through to closing.
  • Tools Management: Use CRM and other technologies to manage the pipeline, track metrics, and optimize processes.
  • Sales Leadership: Share best practices, support team development, and influence outcomes.
  • Business Development: Quickly assimilate the portfolio and target market, perform targeted outbound prospecting using defined lists, build a qualified pipeline, and close strategic contracts aligned with targets.
  • Consultative Relationship Management: Become a trusted advisor to clients, strengthen partnerships, and drive the company's sustainable growth.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in outbound, consultative, and complex sales, preferably with customized solutions or B2B.
  • Deep knowledge of the industry: technology, SaaS, etc.
  • Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales technologies.
  • Proven track record of meeting targets and closing strategic contracts.
  • Resilience: Ability to handle challenges and stay results-focused.
  • Proactivity: Initiative to identify opportunities and propose solutions.
