Responsibilities
Gestionar oportunidades de venta procedentes de canales inbound y outbound, garantizando una atención personalizada.
Conducir conversaciones de venta consultiva aplicando metodologías como SPIN Selling.
Mantener actualizado el CRM, asegurando un pipeline estructurado y eficaz.
Colaborar con los equipos de Marketing, Diseño y Soporte para ofrecer una experiencia de cliente fluida y coherente.
Alcanzar los objetivos de venta establecidos y fomentar relaciones duraderas con los clientes.
Participar en campañas, proyectos de cross-selling y formaciones internas, contribuyendo al desarrollo del equipo.
Requirements
Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en ventas B2B y/o B2C de soluciones digitales (presencia online, hosting, SaaS).
Dominio del castellano y buen nivel de inglés (el catalán será valorado).
Perfil comercial sólido, orientado a resultados y con vocación de servicio al cliente.
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, organización y planificación.
Proactividad, autonomía y capacidad de trabajo en equipo.
Soltura con herramientas informáticas y entornos digitales.
Se valorará: Experiencia con metodologías OKR.
Participación en eventos o entornos comerciales presenciales, con buena predisposición al contacto directo con clientes y partners.
