About the role

Responsibilities
- Responsible for the full recruiting cycle from identifying a need to hire through the candidate accepting the offer
- Partner with clients to understand hiring needs and strategize on how to identify the right talent
- Use a variety of methods to identify talent including employee referrals and online applications
- Screen candidates to ensure they are qualified, interested, available, and affordable
- Assist clients and candidates through the interview and offer process, communicating proactively
- Consult and advise clients throughout the hiring process to ensure quality hiring decisions
- Be an ambassador of Freese and Nichols, ensuring each candidate has a positive experience
- Coach, mentor, and supervise other recruiters on the team as necessary
- Support university recruiting strategy including attending career fairs during peak seasons
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 4+ years' full-cycle recruitment experience including screening, sourcing, and client management
- 6+ months' experience in a supervisory role
- Experience in a team-oriented environment
- Recruiting experience in an agency environment
