Responsibilities
Responsible for the full recruiting cycle from identifying a need to hire through the candidate accepting the offer
Partner with clients to understand hiring needs and strategize on how to identify the right talent
Use a variety of methods to identify talent including employee referrals and online applications
Screen candidates to ensure they are qualified, interested, available, and affordable
Assist clients and candidates through the interview and offer process, communicating proactively
Consult and advise clients throughout the hiring process to ensure quality hiring decisions
Be an ambassador of Freese and Nichols, ensuring each candidate has a positive experience
Coach, mentor, and supervise other recruiters on the team as necessary
Support university recruiting strategy including attending career fairs during peak seasons
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
4+ years' full-cycle recruitment experience including screening, sourcing, and client management
6+ months' experience in a supervisory role
Experience in a team-oriented environment
Recruiting experience in an agency environment
