About the role

  • Senior Recruiter managing full-cycle recruitment for Freese and Nichols, focusing on hiring engineers and technical professionals. Collaborating with clients to ensure quality hiring decisions and positive candidate experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the full recruiting cycle from identifying a need to hire through the candidate accepting the offer
  • Partner with clients to understand hiring needs and strategize on how to identify the right talent
  • Use a variety of methods to identify talent including employee referrals and online applications
  • Screen candidates to ensure they are qualified, interested, available, and affordable
  • Assist clients and candidates through the interview and offer process, communicating proactively
  • Consult and advise clients throughout the hiring process to ensure quality hiring decisions
  • Be an ambassador of Freese and Nichols, ensuring each candidate has a positive experience
  • Coach, mentor, and supervise other recruiters on the team as necessary
  • Support university recruiting strategy including attending career fairs during peak seasons

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 4+ years' full-cycle recruitment experience including screening, sourcing, and client management
  • 6+ months' experience in a supervisory role
  • Experience in a team-oriented environment
  • Recruiting experience in an agency environment
