Responsibilities
Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with the company’s business goals.

Conduct interviews and assess candidates for fit with company requirements.
Manage the onboarding process for new employees and provide ongoing support.
Develop and implement programs for employee retention and development.
Advise management on HR matters and personnel policies.
Maintain recruitment process reports and provide regular updates on recruitment outcomes.
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
In-depth knowledge of recruitment processes and HR management.
Experience recruiting across multiple functions such as Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other business roles.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with candidates and employees.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in high-pressure situations.
Experience with HR systems and recruitment tools.
English level - Upper Intermediate
