Influencer relations: Prioritize, negotiate, and manage collaboration requests through to contract finalization, including negotiating amendments.
Project management: Lead large client projects and coordinate cross-functional alignment with internal departments (videographers, editing, creatives).
External communication: Represent our influencers to clients and effectively advocate for their interests.
Artist management: Accompany influencers on selected business trips and provide troubleshooting support when issues arise.
Team leadership: Manage and develop a Junior Social Media Manager.
Account management: Maintain and grow long-term partnerships with brand clients.
Branded channels: Manage and strategically develop brand-related social media channels.
Interface & point of contact: Serve as the central contact for clients, influencers, and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
Several years of experience in project management, social media management, or influencer marketing.
A strong network within the social media and influencer scene.
Experience collaborating with creative and production teams.
Confident presence and strong communication skills when interacting with clients and partners.
Excellent organizational skills, initiative, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Flexibility and willingness to travel.
Ideally, experience leading a small team.
