- Strong familiarity with **Databricks** and **Azure Data Services** (e.g., Azure Data Lake, Azure Synapse, Azure Data Factory).
- Solid understanding of ETL/ELT processes, data modeling, and cloud architecture.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- PMP, PMI-ACP, or similar certification is a plus.
- **Preferred Skills:**
- Experience with Agile or hybrid project methodologies.
- Background in enterprise analytics or BI platforms.
