Responsibilities
- Responsible for leading the Project Management Office and Resource Management function for AECO Professional Services
- Oversee Project Management Managers and the Resource Management team
- Ensure consistent project delivery and effective resource allocation
- Partner closely with Services Leadership, Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams
- Manage project delivery, staffing strategy, and operational execution
- Direct activities of assigned staff including selection, hiring, coaching, and performance management
- Define delivery processes, workload management practices, and operational priorities
- Establish and maintain PMO standards, methodologies, and governance practices
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, Technology, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in professional services delivery, project management, PMO leadership, or consulting operations
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing managers and leading large delivery or project management organizations
- Experience overseeing enterprise software implementations, transformation programs, or large-scale professional services engagements
- Proven experience managing project delivery portfolios with multiple concurrent engagements and cross-functional teams
- Experience leading or establishing PMO governance frameworks and delivery methodologies
- Experience leading resource management, staffing strategy, and capacity planning across consulting or services teams
