About the role

  • Project Coordinator supporting planning, execution, and completion of projects at NextEdge. Ensuring communication and coordination within project teams while gaining exposure to project management.

Responsibilities

  • Support project and program teams with administrative tasks
  • Assist in creating and maintaining project plans, schedules, and documentation
  • Track project milestones, deliverables, and deadlines
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and distribute meeting minutes
  • Act as a point of contact for internal teams and external partners
  • Identify and address potential issues to keep projects on track
  • Assist in scheduling inspections, sub-contractors, rentals, and operational support

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in administrative roles or project coordination
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented and proactive problem-solving approach
