- Handle complaints and actively contribute to quality assurance and process optimization measures
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in logistics or a commercial/business field
- Professional experience in forwarding, transport logistics, or dispatching — ideally in heavy and special transports
- Good geographical knowledge and a strong ability for efficient route and tour planning
- Strong communication skills and a professional, solution-oriented approach to drivers and customers
