Responsibilities
Develop Project Management Plans that detail project scope, team, cost estimate, schedule milestones and risks/mitigations.
Work with planner/schedulers to create, update and adjust project schedules.
Effectively lead routine project status meetings with team members, subcontractors and federal stakeholders using internet videoconferencing products such as Microsoft Teams.
Provide rolling cost forecasts for both labor and materials for all active projects.
Establish and maintain project dashboards (MSExcel) that provide a visual representation of project status.
Collaborate with peers, and federal stakeholders to ensure all life cycle activities are accurately identified, planned, monitored, and controlled.
Identify and train back-up(s) to manage key tasks when absent.

Requirements
Technical or Management-based Bachelor’s degree.
Minimum of five (5) years of job-related experience in project management.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Analytical, computer, and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Experience with work estimating, scheduling, budgeting and planning.
Excellent problem-solving, decision making, and attention to detail.
