About the role

  • Own the GTM strategy for Ironclad’s Sell-Side and Platform products, ensuring that launches are executed smoothly and effectively across all channels.
  • Work closely with the Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure full GTM readiness, from product messaging and positioning to collateral development and sales training.
  • Develop comprehensive launch plans that include messaging, positioning, content, sales enablement materials, and training programs to support successful product adoption.
  • Coordinate the timing and execution of product launches to ensure alignment with broader business and marketing objectives.
  • Create new ways of working such as GTM & Product Councils to align stakeholders around launches as well as facilitate feedback directly from the field.
  • Partner closely with the Product Management team to ensure that market needs and customer insights are being considered in the product development process.
  • Provide feedback from customers, prospects, and the market to influence the prioritization of features and enhancements in the product roadmap.
  • Act as the voice of the customer in product discussions, ensuring that new features and product developments are aligned with customer pain points and business goals.
  • Create and refine product messaging and positioning that clearly articulates the value proposition of Ironclad’s products to target customers.
  • Develop buyer personas, use cases, and value propositions that resonate with key audiences, including decision-makers in legal, procurement, sales, and other enterprise departments.
  • Equip the Sales team with the tools, resources, and training needed to successfully position and sell Ironclad’s products.
  • Develop product-centric sales collateral such as presentations, battle cards, case studies, and FAQs that help the Sales team overcome objections and close deals faster.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure alignment between product capabilities and customer needs.
  • Work with Demand Generation and Marketing Communications teams to develop integrated campaigns that drive product awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
  • Define key success metrics for product launches and GTM initiatives and track performance, product adoption, customer feedback, and sales pipeline impact.
  • Provide regular reporting to leadership on product performance, key learnings from launches, and market feedback.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS and/or enterprise software
  • Proven track record of driving successful product launches, defining GTM strategies, and delivering high-impact sales enablement programs
  • Strong experience collaborating with product management and cross-functional teams to influence product development and roadmap priorities
  • Deep understanding of product positioning, messaging, and competitive dynamics in the SaaS and technology industries
  • Strong strategic thinking and the ability to translate market insights and customer feedback into actionable product strategies
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging and positioning for both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience in sales enablement and working closely with sales teams to create effective sales collateral and training programs
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data and customer insights to drive decision-making and improve product strategies
  • High level of collaboration and team orientation, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders across departments
