  • Define the vision and long-term roadmap for offer management within the product marketing function
  • Establish governance frameworks and decisioning models for offers
  • Lead the development of holistic solution selling strategies
  • Leverage customer insights, competitive intelligence, and market trends
  • Partner with various teams to align offers with value propositions
  • Ensure operational readiness and scalability of offers
  • Define success metrics and deliver insights that guide optimization

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Solution Marketing, Pricing/Packaging, Offer Management, or related roles in a B2B tech environment
  • Proven success in designing and executing product bundled offers that drive adoption, retention, or revenue growth
  • Experience building frameworks for product segmentation & bundling in a consulting or strategy capacity
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to balance customer value with financial impact
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Analytical mindset with experience leveraging data to drive decisions
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
