Responsibilities
You implement the B2B expansion roadmap for Germany
You are responsible for the end-to-end readiness of new B2B customers – from approval to go-live
You manage and develop the Channel Activity Masterplan (CAMP) across all B2B channels
You translate portfolio priorities into concrete NOI, distribution and sales targets
You analyze performance KPIs, identify gaps and derive effective measures
You ensure consistent implementation of sales fundamentals – assortment, pricing, promotion and merchandising
You act as the single point of contact for the German B2B business and manage day-to-day operations
You share best practices and scale successful execution approaches internationally
Requirements
You have at least 7 years of experience in the FMCG industry, ideally in the food, beverage or lifestyle sectors
You have a proven track record in marketing, sales or commercial roles with a clear B2B focus
You bring experience in go-to-market processes, sales management or channel management
You think entrepreneurially, act solution-oriented and take responsibility
You demonstrate strong communication skills and professional stakeholder management
You work KPI-driven and possess strong analytical skills
You are comfortable in a dynamic, high-growth environment
You are willing to travel, approximately 60% across Germany including Hamburg and HQ
You are fluent in German and English
