Position the product portfolio (fuels) in line with Ipiranga’s strategic brand plan, ensuring synergy across product launches and innovations;
Conduct market, competitor and consumer behavior analyses to identify growth opportunities and feed the Product Development (R&D) area with market trends and opportunities;
Ensure the product’s strategic positioning is aligned with the brand’s strategic positioning and overall business objectives;
Monitor the product life cycle from development through launch and post-sale support;
Continuously track and coordinate product marketing strategy with multiple stakeholders;
Monitor product performance together with the responsible teams, analyze targets and KPIs, and propose continuous improvement actions aligned with the overall strategy.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related fields;
Previous experience in product strategic planning and project management;
Knowledge of the fuels market;
Excellent analytical skills (data and metrics) and strategic thinking;
Knowledge of branding and communication/marketing strategy;
Market-oriented mindset with a focus on innovation and trends;
Strong communication and relationship-building skills across all levels and with different business areas and partners;
Proactive and results-oriented attitude;
Advanced Microsoft Office skills (especially PowerPoint and Excel).
