Responsibilities
Operational implementation of product launches across four brands
Work closely with retail/department store and merchandising teams
Prepare launch books for our sales forces
Develop the customer experience and organize a 360° plan for each launch
Perform qualitative and quantitative evaluations of new product launches
Plan, organize and monitor in-store activations for launches and key calendar periods
Develop sales support tools (brief suppliers from creative concept through production)
Implement a CRM strategy to support each launch and throughout the year
Liaise with international teams to adapt marketing plans to the specificities of the French market
Organize a managers’ meeting every two months to present new launches, share performance and address needs
Conduct field visits and competitive analyses in the niche perfumery market
Requirements
First experience in Operational Marketing or Retail
Higher education (Bac+4/5) – Business School or Master’s with a Marketing specialization
French and English required; Spanish is a plus
Genuine interest in the luxury, retail and makeup sectors
Strong analytical skills and excellent interpersonal abilities
Excellent organizational skills, autonomy and a proactive approach
