Own the product vision, roadmap, and execution for the Core team
Act as the primary point of contact for the core peer-review workflows and platform improvement initiatives within Publishing Operations
Work closely with the Research Integrity, Review Operations, and Production teams to deeply understand their processes, challenges, and needs
Partner with Product Managers of the core publishing platform to ensure seamless integration and data flow between systems
Translate operational requirements into clear user stories and collaborate with Salesforce admins, developers, and other stakeholders to deliver solutions
Coordinate product launch with our Publishing Operations counterpart ensuring effective delivery of your work without negatively impacting operations
Monitor platform performance, gather user feedback, and continuously iterate to improve the user experience
Ensure data integrity, automation quality, and platform stability
Requirements
Proven experience as a Product Manager, or Product Owner on software applications
Strong stakeholder management skill and ability to federate through strong rationale and collaboration
Demonstrated technical skills especially on workflows and architecture
Strong analytical skills and prior experience in this area – demonstrated ability to drive insights from data
Experience working in cross-functional teams with engineers, administrators, and end-users and lead discussion through critical thinking
Solid communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Existing understanding of publishing workflows
Experience in academic or scientific publishing operations
