Responsibilities
Lead strategy and execution across initiatives that shape how our journalism is presented and experienced
Partner closely with editorial stakeholders to understand goals, workflows, and opportunities for storytelling innovation
Define and manage product roadmaps that improve content presentation, user engagement, and overall experience
Drive product discovery and experimentation in collaboration with engineering, design, and newsroom teams
Communicate vision, priorities, and tradeoffs clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Contribute to product culture through mentorship, clear thinking, and a strong sense of ownership
Requirements
5–7 years of product management experience, including ownership of consumer-facing digital products
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Media, Computer Science, Business, or related disciplines)
Experience working in content or information-driven companies.
Strong track record of leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept through launch and iteration
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, especially with editorial and technical teams
Ability to think strategically and make data-informed decisions in a fast-paced environment
