Responsibilities
Own the hiring engine: workforce planning, employer branding, outbound sourcing, candidate experience, interview training, process & tooling, offer management, and hiring analytics
5+ years in Talent/People in high-growth startups or scale-ups; confident owning both recruiting and HR operations
Hands-on sourcing + employer branding experience; comfortable building processes and training interviewers
Strong HR fundamentals (contracts, payroll inputs, policies, HRIS) and an eye for compliant, pragmatic solutions
Excellent stakeholder management; you can partner with founders, hiring managers, and the CoS
Data-driven, systems thinker; you iterate based on metrics and candidate/employee feedback
Fluent English; German is a plus
