Manage the end-to-end payroll closing process, ensuring accuracy of calculations, adherence to deadlines, and compliance with applicable legislation;
Monitor and ensure the correct calculation of social charges and ancillary obligations, maintaining the integrity of tax and labor information;
Act as a strategic interface between internal departments and external partners, promoting alignment, process integration, and efficient information flow;
Conduct audits and compliance analyses and provide technical support during inspections and inquiries from regulatory bodies;
Ensure the accounting and legal compliance of payroll, guaranteeing proper treatment of provisions, journal entries, and reconciliations;
Be responsible for personnel reimbursement processes and expense accounting, ensuring traceability and transparency of transactions;
Support internal and external audits by supplying information, reports, and required evidence promptly and accurately;
Guide, support, and train the team, fostering technical development and disseminating payroll management best practices;
Prepare and present management reports and performance indicators, contributing to the area’s strategic decision-making;
Actively participate in internal projects focused on continuous improvement, process automation, and innovation in payroll management.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Administration or a related field;
Advanced knowledge of payroll ERP systems and Microsoft Office;
Solid experience with labor and social security legislation, vacation and termination calculations, calculation of charges, payroll reconciliation, and eSocial.
