About the role

  • Support business development, onboarding processes, and manage selected third-party channel relationships to drive revenue growth
  • Lead complex partnership negotiations and onboarding initiatives; ensure smooth integration of partners into Moneris
  • Collaborate with Director of Partner Development to shape strategic approaches and provide guidance to Partner Development Managers
  • Own new partnership opportunities using market insights and company strategy to identify, engage, and onboard partners
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators and portfolio profitability to leadership
  • Serve as central advocate for partners and customers; work closely with Product, Technology, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Legal, and Pricing teams
  • Lead onboarding process as business lead and subject matter expert for new channel partnerships
  • Conduct partner visits for requirements gathering, solution feasibility, product demonstrations, and roadmap discussions
  • Contribute to launch and ongoing enhancement of TPA/Reseller platform
  • Improve KYC and onboarding processes across all partner types; ensure compliance and efficiency
  • Seek and pursue strategic partnership opportunities through market analysis, business case development, and direct engagement

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, or Commerce, or Marketing or a related field of study
  • Minimum 7 years FinTech industry experience
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in a demanding fast paced complex organization
  • Proven track record in providing excellent customer service and complex contract negotiation and willing to proactively make decisions within sphere of responsibility
  • Previous experience in the payment industry is an asset
