About the role

  • Client Success Partner focusing on building client loyalty and offering expertise on products. Engaging with multiple stakeholders for long-term strategy and solutions in a global organization.

Responsibilities

  • Providing expertise on our products and services to our clients
  • Solving client queries and offering solutions
  • Ensure our clients are getting the best products & solutions for their long-term strategy
  • Understanding clients’ needs and capturing feedback to improve products and services
  • Proactively communicate with our clients and internal stakeholders
  • Participate in networking events.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a client/customer service role, with international corporate organizations.
  • Exposure in dealing with multiple stakeholders from different geographical areas.
  • Ability to communicate in English fluently + any other languages like French / German / Spanish / Italian.
  • A natural networker and a team player.
  • A passion for research and finding solutions.
  • Excellent written, presentation and oral communication skills.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to successfully manage numerous clients simultaneously.
